The earth is a matter that changes and molds itself with the pressure and movement of the hands, the fingers that shape the clay and transform it.
Giving life to an idea to a project but also following and supporting the movements and forms that the material itself assumes.
There is an exchange that takes place between my hands and an apparently inert material such as clay that offers a thousand possibilities to create by dosing, in a delicate and natural balance, all the elements, earth, water, air, fire, necessary and indispensable in art. of ceramics.
It is from all this that I have always felt attracted and it is from the passion for this technique that my objects are born.
I learned to model clay by attending some workshops of artists and ceramic artisans who have passed on to me not only the techniques but above all the passion.
I love working the earth freehand using the slab technique to create the mosaics and the colombino or the sheet for objects in volume.
Once my idea has materialized, I like to create frames and supports for my objects by obtaining them from recycled materials that enhance them and at the same time make them unique.
